No progress on International parcel shipment

I am awaiting a parcel send with Singapore Post. The parcel arrived at JHB International office of exchange on 21 September 2017. After countless e-mails (which are not being answered) and phone calls where you keep on being placed on hold I still have not received a response / reason why the forwarding process is taking so long.
