No processing of International mail

An item shipped from the UK arrived in SA on 10-Nov-2014 and has been stuck on \Awaiting Customs clearance"for nearly 4 months now. I emailed them the invoice for the item along with the tracking number. Attempting to call ***/40 results in no one ever answering. """
