No parcel at Post Office

We received an sms to collect a parcel at Lyttleton Post Office. When we got there on Saturday, the parcel was nowhere to be found. Another lady at another post office told me "O let the people know you did not receive it" Show, how it goes at the Post Offices in SA. They just do not care. So now I did not receive my parcel and no one cares. Also when we parked outside, the car watchers were all drunk and used awe-full language.
