No or lack of any feedback tracking parcel

Getting no feedback on tracking of parcel.

I have imported a parcel the vendor feedback is that the parcel is in South Africa for more than a month I can see that as well when typing in the waybill number but dont get any other info.

Visited Customs in Epping as well as local post office dont get any additional info. Old story they 3 months behind.

I have mailed SA post office with tracking number no response received. Service is pathetic.
