No one will help

JIMC (Johannesburg international mail Centre is a F@&#%$¥G waste of time.... I have wasted more than R100 on airtime trying to get thru to someone on the customer service Centre number that can maybe help me... And no one ever answer they just keep you on hold... The email address does NOT work as it comes back undelivered.... I am in Pretoria and I have even asked for help from the branch manager in Durban and have had no response... I have requested to join the post office group on Facebook and my request is still pending.... ????
