NO ONE READ THE HUGE FRAGILE NOTE ON THE BOX!!!!

My mom sent a FRAGILE parcel containing a sewing machine, which is her only source of income from Zastron, Free State to Fish Hoek, Western Cape. The box was sealed and properly packed and wrapped by her and had FRAGILE and THIS SIDE UP written on it in huge letters - can't be missed!! Upon collection and opening the Fragile marked parcel, we discovered that her sewing machine was literally in pieces!! Hard metal were broken of at the bottom of the machine, which only indicates handlers OBVIOUSLY not handling the parcel with care and ignoring the FRAGILE and THIS SIDE UP notes!!! Now, who is going to pay for this damage???!! My mom's nearly 80 years old and can't afford to buy another machine!!! I'm utterly disgusted and will not leave this here! Now how does the Post Office expect us to ever use them again???!!!!!
