No one knows whats going on

<p>During the later parts of August 2016 a work colleague and myself purchased items from Ebay, by the 30th of August our parcels had arrived in South Africa, it has now been nearly a month we are awaiting our parcels and no two persons provide the same story.</p> <p> </p> <p>A colleague of mine that purchased the exact same thing at the exact same time has been trying to get information and we have been battling with the post office over 16 days now and still no one knows where my package is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually we were told that the parcels were in SA and they were to be cleared from customs thus we had also made an agreement to pick up the parcels and we were told that they would get cleared ASAP with the post office and have a local tracking number for their invoicing purposes and that we would be advised when to pick it up, <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>which we are still waiting for.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Further more no one ever answers the phone and this is getting beyond annoying, once you get hold of the consultants one says the parcel is on route the next day another says it is still in customs.</p> <p>It is very simple all they have to do is release it and we will collect anywhere in JHB where the parcels are.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i had contacted a consultant after 45 minutes on hold just to be told that the parcels are still at customs.</p> <p> </p> <p>We work in the logistics industry and we know if a parcel has not cleared customs there will not be a Local tracking number assigned to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>please may i ask who ever it may concern to advise on where the parcels are and please clear this so that we may pick it up today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>A very disgruntled person</p>
