No one answers phone or replies to emails.
My parcel arrived at the JHB mailing center on the 16 Jan. 2015 from Thiland and was dispatched the same day. I'm trying to find the local tracking number. No luck, no responds!! Tracking number is #RR***TH.

Local reference to your package is RI***ZA and it at Custom Cape Mail since 24/01/15.
Please send a copy of your supplier invoice to customer.service@postoffice so that it can be cleared and released.
