No notifications

<p>I had bought so many things online and patiently waited for them and it was taking really long. Eventually I tried tracking them on line and found that they had been sent back meaning I'd lost my money's worth, but what makes me even more angry is finding one parcel that was given to someone who doesn't even stay anywhere close to me and with a name and surname not even close to rhyming with mine. </p> <p>They don't sent notifications for goods, and they just give away thinks to their friends.</p> <p> </p> <p>they have no system whatsoever and are very rude when questioned.</p> <p>last year they didn't send me any notifications for a parcel from UNISA and it was a library book, until UNISA charged me for them book and they took it out along with the notification slip that was supposed to have been sent to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>poor service</p>
