No information on my parcel after close to a month

I've ordered a parcel from Germany, and on the tracking system it says: inward office of exchange JIMC A, it been "there" since the 5th of January, and I've been trying to call, with no answer, I've emailed weekly and there's no response. Are there any numbers that work? Can I get clarity on when my parcel will arrive?
