No information about International package
Good day,<br> <br> I ordered a package from the USA on 17th March 2015.<br> <br> So far I have received no notification from the post office on whether the package has arrived or if its being held by customs. In the past packages from the US have always been delivered to Epping Capemail and thereafter I've requested them to deliver to a local post office.<br> <br> I tried calling Epping Capemail on *** and *** and the numbers are either always busy or no one answers.<br> <br> Please assist in locating my package. This is medical equipment that I urgently require.<br> <br> Tracking Number: LN***US<br> <br> Regards,

LN***US is not on our record. Item from the United States with a prefix , LN, LM, LX, LC, LJ,LK aren't recorded articles and such item are treated as ordinary mail when they arrive in the country and are usually distributed to post offices without being allocated domestic tracking number meaning they wont be available on our system.
You may however ask an assisting teller at your local branch to check if they have any unrecorded articles listed on their book parcels under your name and address.
