No hope of delivery?

I can't find any (local) tracking details for my package (tracking number RO***CN) which was last traced on the 11th of February on the Chinese tracking system. That is a month and a half ago and surely should be showing up on the local system by now, that is if they are not on strike (again). Are they on strike again? Will someone at least have the ***** to come out and say it? Please at the very least tell us. Please Government, you do so very little for the people of this country while you are stuffing yourself at the troughs, at least allow us an alternative because at this stage even if you select the (most) expensive courier shipping method on your overseas purchases, it still ends up at the Post Office before/after customs. Why can't the local branch of the courier company handle this? It may be expensive, but at least delivery will be guaranteed.
