No help to be found anywhere!!!

My order was placed with a company in Australia, I paid approximately R300 extra for express delivery. The parcel was posted on 10/1/18 and arrived in SA on 15/1/18. It arrived at the delivery office on 17/1/18. The last entry on the tracking of the item states Departure from inward office of exchange on 4/2/18. Today, 5/3/18 (a month later), I have still not received my parcel. I have registered to get notifications (received none), have tried e-mailed and phoned customer services numerous times. I have visited my local post office every weekend. It seems like the parcel has just disappeared - and all my local post office can say is to be patient.
