no help bad Attitude

im very unhappy i send a parcel to my client on the 4the to be delivered to her post office in Paryse, she called me demanding a new parcel as she has not received her goods post net stuffed up dresses up so we send the client a new parcel and then wanted the parcel port net stuffed up to be send back to me so i dont loos any more money as i have already did then i called upington 9 times they refused to help me and kept me on hold for a hour on end. i then spoke to Valisatie in upington branch she told me she cant help me the person that stuffed up my PARCEL IS ON LEAVE LIKE WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME? I then spoke to Henry that was on the 6th who told me my parcel can be collect at post net Elberg the Friday the 8th i got to post net and they said the parcel is not there. today 2017-12-14 Henry called me again and told me he will not give me my parcel even if they stuffed it up its costing POST NET 2 MUCH MONEY ?????? He spoke to me rudely yelling at me for a falt they made and i just want my parcel back he THEN DOPED THE PHONE ON ME WHEN I CALLED BACK STRAIGHT AFTER VUSI told me HENRY IS NOT THERE so parcel is gone no one helped me and i lost 10000??? HOW IS THAT FAIR
