No feedback on query regarding parcel tracking and wherabouts

I feel that some of the post office personnel is unprofessional in handling queries from consumers, today 08/04/2021, I phoned the post office courier service to follow up on a international parcel I am waiting for, the consultant was quite helpful in getting me the correct information, he requested me to get in contact with the managers from international parcels, who I contacted over a week back with no response from any of them, and this proof I have on e mail, that I sent them emails with no response, and I sent a email to each one individually, with the hope of receiving feedback from any one of them, the consultant even confirmed each one`s position held as I mentioned the names, the e mails were sent between 30/03/2021 and 31/03/2021 to the following people...
