No feedback from customs

Hello, I am trying to find out what is happening with my parcel. It was collected via Portugese postal service on the first of April 2021 and arrived in Joburg JIMC A on the 21st of April 2021 to be handed over to the SAPO but when tracking on the SAPO website the information doesn't show. I just need to know how long it can take because the landline doesn't work and no response to my emails. My tracking number is LL***PT.
