No Feedback at all
On Sunday 2015-03-15 I sent a complaint E-mail to E-mail [Email Removed] regarding a missing item out of a parcel received from the USA. The parcel was opened in the presence of the SA Post Office staff in Greenhills Randfontein Post Office and was found to contain only two item when the labels and packaging documents reflects three items. The missing item was a bottle of Yardley Rose Perfume. The Post Office personnel took photos of the parcel and I also took photos and sent them all to the above-mentioned E-mail for the matter to be investigated.I have sent two follow up E-mails requesting feedback and sent a third follow up one today BUT still do not have any confirmation that the matter is being investigated.I believe this is very poor service delivery on behalf of the Post Office and am considering escalating this complaint to ICASA because I am not getting any response from the SA Post Office. I just want some confirmation that the matter is receiving attention.Tracing numbers USPS. LN***US S Africa . II***ZA.
