No Feedback and *****

<p>My grand mother was sent a parcel from Capetown on the 20th April and the parcel was going to the post office in Coghlan (Ngcobo, EC). On the SA Post Office when searching with the tracking number, it shows it is at the branch but doesnt show antything else. When she went to get the parcel, they said they dont know what ishappening with it. I have been trying to phone the SAPO call centre and I never get through as they make you hold for over 20min in the queue. The tracking number is: PE ********** 39ZA. It had pills for my grand mother's heart condition. Should anything happen to her, I will not resist to blame the post office for their neglegance and take it further with my lawyers. I need to know where is the parcel and I need this followed up as soon as possible. I am so disappointed at the SAPO</p>
