no feed back about my international parcels

what a ******* and worst service from south African post office.is government sleeping with enough money? Still waiting for my parcels which i send from south Africa to Australia 4 months back. Did post office guys ***** my parcel or lost. unfortunately no feedback. Really stuppid service
