No envelopes for 3 months + and staff don't care!

Okay here we go again. Post office in Herm**** is a pain to visit and deal with. No envelopes for over 3 months, and when I ask the staff when they expect any, I get a \I don't know"...frankly they just don't give a damn. Marion Booysen is so cheeky and downright rude.
