No effort

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered an item for my baby from China, the shipment as per scans shows "held by customs" since the 10th of April, now i have gone to the post office atleast 6 times, and all they tell me is its held by customs</p> <p> </p> <p>when asked who i can call they tell me to call EMS which i did, i struggled more then 4 hours just to get them to pick up the phone after picking up the phone the wonderful gentlemen that answer told me to quickly hold and and never returned</p> <p> </p> <p>i would love to know why the shipment had not been released or if there is a problem and things are needed why is no one making contact with me?</p>
