No Delivery-POST OFFICE

Dear SA Post Office, I was in India for a few month and upon my return, i have had some few items sent view post office. Using the tracking number: CD***IN on Post Office tracing system, the items have been kept in Customs for over a month and a half. I went to the post office where this was going to be delivered and i received 1 parcel, and the other one i \assume"is still held at customs. There are just things i just don't get about Customs/ or Post Office: There is no number to follow up on our parcels"
