No Delivery or movement of parcel

Hello<br> <br> My international parcel has been sitting at JIMC A for over a month now. <br> Is it possible for me to go to the depot (JIMC) myself to collect my parcel as your services are pathetic?<br> <br> Noticed the SAPO does not respond to queries... could we please get a response to our queries!<br> <br> Thanks in advance.
