No delivery on item

i wrote a report on the 8th of April about a parcel that was not delivered here at hello Peter. i got a response from the South African post Office but until now there is nothing, i havent heard from any one. Every time i go to the Post Office in Musina the Post Manager keeps telling me he will get back to me, a year is drawing by but he has never bothered to call me all the time! i am still waiting for my parcel please help
