No delivery on international orders.

Good day, hope you can help. I have a order from overseas that has not been delivered, 1 Package from Poland that has been been accepted in SA (Package acceptance 2017-08-01 08:49 JIMC A AIR, PRIORITY MAIL LETTERS). which I have not received or heard any thing of.
