No delivery of two parcels

I have two parcels that have been stuck at Germiston hub. One has been there for 10 days already. Upon checking the tracking this morning, the one is still at Germiston Hub. The other looks like it was posted back to CP and i live in Gauteng. It is useless to call the call centre as no agents are available. How am i suppose to get ahold of the parcels that i paid money for and was suppose to be a present for a birthday that has already passed. Beyond upset does not describe my mood
