No delivery of my Parcel said to be overnight

TC*** that is my tracking number, I have noticed that lot of complaints are within GAUTENG area this JHBNET thing of not sending the parcel to the desired destination. Why **** us and tell us its an overnight courier when you know it will take more than three days to arraive to me? R200 gone but bad service. you guys need to really shake things up within your department, just don't accept the money if you know you are not going to deliver as per agreed standard. we have deadlines to meet now we must be held back because of lack of your professionalism.
