No Delivery of important documents

I mailed an A4 fastmail envelope to Paulpietersburg post office from Randburg Square post office, in about 3 weeks ago but the recipient has not received it and when I went to Randburg square the Manager told me that he cannot assist me I will have to phone Paulpietersburg branch. I phoned Paulpietersburg branch and spoke to Otto the branch Manager who also confirmed that they do not have the parcel, it is surprising that through their system parcels get lost and no one wants to account, I need the documents in that parcel to be found as for the service I personal think it sucks big time!<br> <br> I phoned the Post office call centre and held for a good 30 minutes without being assisted, I would like to plea with people with authority in the Post office to look at my query this is really terrible.<br> <br> My contact details are:<br> [Email Removed]<br>
