No delivery of a parcel

Tracking number RU***GB - Arrived in South Africa on 26/05/2015 for street delivery in Johannesburg city centre and never arrived and was sent to Cape Mail Hub. There have been no entries since 20/07/2015 and I have asked the sender if they have received it back in the UK but they haven't. I needed the parcel for Father's Day for my 70 year old father. Please can you help, I am at my wits end.
