No delivery - no movement of parcel

I ordered a parcel via bid or buy on 22 August. The parcel eventually arrived in South Africa on 21-10-2017 (as per mail tracking system).It was then sent to Customs on 27-10-2017 and returned from customs 0n 01-11-2017. Since 01-11-2017 the item have not moved at all (as per the tracking system). I am quite desperate to receive this parcel as I need it to carry on with a project. Trying to contact the hub is simply impossible as the phone is never answered and email was also left unanswered. Please assist. Albert. **********
