No delivery in 1 month!

I ordered the following 2 items...tracking number RF***CN and RP***SG. They arrived in Germiston hub on the 26th and 31st of January respectively....TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! It has been more than a month and I still am awaiting delivery. With the rate of theft at the SA Post Office...i really start thinking whether this is a delaying tactic so that some of the slippery staff can pocket the items. SAPO. ...pplease sort out immediately. You are a disgrace to the postal service.

RF***CN was scanned and prepared at the Germiston hub on 31/01/15 for the HalfwayHouse branch and you may now visit the branch to collect it.Your local reference is RI***ZA
RP***SG was sent to the Halfway House on 26/01/2015 with local reference RI***ZA and may also be lifted from the branch.
