No Delivery from the Post office since 28th August

<br> I've been waiting for my parcel since 28th August from the post office. I went to Braamfontein where I was suppose to receive my parcel, I was advised by the Gentlemen who assisted me that it was still in Krugersdorp. I than made a follow up call, I was than told its in Zola and when I phoned Zola post office they advised me it was not there. I really need the parcel as it has important documents and causing a delay from the insurance claim. I even phoned the call centre and I was on hold for more than 10minutes ran out of funds??/ Please can someone assist urgently.
