No Delivery - Customs Delay

I ordered a book from the UK in January, it arrived in SA on February 9th and it has been sitting at the JMCI A since arrival. I have tried every number, email, link I can find to get hold of them to deliver my parcel. Everytime I get through to an agent they put me straight back into the queue, no one responds to the email and SARS can't even help. All I want is what I paid for.
