NO DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE FROM POST OFFICE

hi <br> <br> we sent a parcel to our sister in Australia in December, and she has still not received it.<br> i have been emailing the post office and have only received one email from them saying that the cargo is on route. i work in shipping and i know that the transit time to Australia is not 6 months.<br> <br> since that the first email in April i have not gotten any response from the the agents.<br> <br> regards,<br> alan
