No delivery again

I ordered items from DX.com on 05/05/2017 and it still has not arrived. It reached SA on 01/08/2017. My complaint isn't with DX which I did take up already and they apologized, offered me a refund and discount.

My complaint is with our SA Post office. Since 01/08/2017 I have not received my package. I try called ems several times on their listed numberS and no one ever answers. I have called at different parts of the day and still. WHY HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER??? I have emailed several times and only get one response. "Your package is on the way".
