No Delivery After 6 Working Days

I bought a book from a Writer in Durban. Item was accepted by branch Friday 2017-12-15 11:27 VERULAM. On Tuesday 2017-12-19 01:46 the item was In transit from DURMAIL (HUB) but truth was that it was still in Durban. I spoke to a lady by the name of Funeka who assured me that it would leave. Well it did leave but by Thursday i has still not received my parcel. All the tracking system was saying was the following: In transit 2017-12-21 10:53 GERMISTON (HUB). I phoned the Meyersdal office and they assured me that the parcel would be here by Friday morning. This Friday morning i called them and my calls went an answered since 8am. At 10:32 i called again and at least i was able to get through and she has the nerve to tell me that they so busy that they dont even hear the phone when it rings. My parcel still hasnt arrived. I actually dont believe this. She doesnt even offer to contact the Germiston HUB to try and trace the whereabouts of the parcel. WOW not yet uhuru i tell you.
