No Delivery a week after parcel cleared customs

A parcel has been sent to me from Australia (Ref EJ ********** 21AU). This was sent on the 4th of January 2018 with express mail and confirmed arrived in SA 14 January 2018. Only cleared 3 days later on 17 January 2018 (shows it was cleared twice - at 13h30 and again at 14h30). To date I have not had any delivery. Nobody answers the telephone lines. Email sent and received a response from a lady named Adele Masilela, requesting someone named Motlatsi Motshidi to assist, but no response received. I'm happy to go collect the package, wherever you are keeping it, if someone could just tell me where it is. I'd probably be lucky if half of the things that were sent are even still in there.
