No Delivery

Good day, I have been waiting for my parcels from overseas and they are stucked at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) since February 2018. No movement and some are send to wrong addresses for collection tracing numbers:RT ********** 11HK; RU ********** 14NL and P ********** 79262.Can someone assist on this, is long overdue.
