No delivery

Item PE***ZA was last scanned at WITSPOS (HUB) on the 19th August 2015 at 22:18:50 I have been endlessly calling the number that is on the website, but that number does not go through! This is really frustrating, even more so when one reads other customer complaints to find that this seems to be a norm with SA Post Office! This is a major inconvenience. What is the telephone number that I can call and who the person responsible for all this?
