no delivery

posted my fingerprints to the ********<br> Records department for a<br> Police Clearance certificate using a self-addressed FastMail<br> envelope two weeks ago, I handed it to the lady who sold the envelope. She promised that the the letter would take 3 days to arrive at Pretoria. the letter wasn't delivered as promised, and the PCC can't track the letter because I used the fast mail. Now I'm really annoyed, post office has wasted my time.
