No deliver by SA post office.

I have a parcel stuck at Durmail since over a month ago. I have called their office over 60 times ( ********** ). Philani who answers the phone after allowing it to ring more than a hundred times then says “we haven’t opened that parcel yet” every single time! Unfortunately for me that parcel contains stuff that was needed urgently today for a wedding. I have never been this traumatised my entire life. I sent an old man who lives in Durban to collect it for me , Philani keeps telling him to come back the next day.

I have called another number to complain ( ********** ) and the lady Yolanda told me to write her an email to which she has never responded.
