No customer service - Post Office

Good day, We received our tracking number from 17 Track. We waiting for a parcel from Costume world. So when we track our tracking number EA ********** 64CN we then got a message back that it was received already at Jetpark Hub on the 13/6, I try to phone the Post Office, but no answer, I send mail to customer service, but it just come back. This is now service that we receive. I need the parcel for this weekend, and I don't know where to go and what to do.
