No Customer service

Never have i been frustrated by such *********** people who seem to be lazy to do their work Rustenburg Post Office Branch doesnt want to assist anyone even taking the slight liberty of making a phone call even if one could offer them airtime to find out whats happening with ones parcel They wont bother and they'll tell you how tired they are If they are tired why not quit Job Saying Parcels are too many Whilst i paid R2000 for my Parcel Tried reaching Manager in Johannesburg but straight to voicemail Don't know why its so nice taking money from customers but failing to Deliver even the Supervisor is no help
