NO customer service

The POST OFFICE has 2 parcels for over 12 weeks and they still have no idea of the 3rd parcel There is no replay on their customer care no or email Their service does not exist Has the business closed down again ?? NO ONE can answer how we get parcels out of the "customs" that has or has not been captured in the so called "system" The SA post office is 100% *********** a clear indication of where this government is going under the ***** Zuma
