NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm waiting on parcels from over seas, the parcel arrived in South Africa in November 2015. I still haven't received my parcels. I've been phoning customer service since November 2015 but no one answers, I hold on for over a half an hour and all I hear is how important my call is to them but no one answers. I emailed them as well and till this day I still have no parcels or answers.<br> <br> No wonder everything is falling apart....
