No communications at all for a simple updated tracking number

I have sent nearly 40 emails and tried to call the callcenter for a combined time of 4 hours with absolutely no response, All I am looking for is the updated tracking number of my parcel from the united states, and the location of my parcel. I would advise anyone who is shipping something in to pay extra and use alternatives.
