NO communication - I want my parcel please

Communication - there is NO communication! I am willing to do ANYTHING to get my international parcel but after phoning repeatedly, holding for over an hour throughout the day - finally realising / reading that they NEVER answer the phone so don;t bother - and emailing both addresses (customer.service AND customer.services - ???) - I feel helpless.

Please tell me where RX***DE is and I will drive to collect and PAY whatever is necessary.

Just COMMMUNICATE please?
