No communication from SAPO MVL for license renewal f

I registered with SAPO online system in January. And made payment of R504 in 9th Feb for expired license. I have since battled to get license renewed and now license is three months in arrears. I received a update finally from SAPO only in April stating license is registered in Johannesburg and must rectify. I uploaded a proof address affidavit to state my Jhb address and still license not processed.I requested a refund as they cannot help and no-one has gotten back to me regarding refund request. I have been given the run around to contact the RTMC on *** and no-one answers the phone .please can someone help me urgently as I been driving with three month unlicensed vehicle due to this and I do not have any other extra money for penalties to renew license due to SAPO incompetence.below my numerous whatsapp queries not attended to by Sapo
