No communication from our post office and customs and jhb sorting center

Good day I've been waiting for a parcel from America which according to ebay shows that it departed Johannesburg sorting center and in transit since 28june 2019 but I can't seem to find my package, I've emailed the post office and got a this response; Kindly note is UA UB UC UM UD UP ...US YP DE KR items are not scanned when they arrive but forward to destination post office without local numbers , trace with local post office.

Till today local post office can't trace it , can someone help? If it's with customs then someone say so at least because where I'm standing it appears my package has disappeared Regards
