NO CALLS ANSWERED AND NO POST!!!

I am very annoyed and disappointed with the Postal Service in this country. I've been trying to contact the post office plenty of times and after 30-45 mins of wasting my time waiting on the phone for someone to answer, I get cut off. I've ordered a parcel which arrived here on the 22nd of October. It's been scanned at the jhb int mail center on the 25th and hasn't been updated since! Another parcel of mine which was sent on the same day at the exact same time is already in my possession for a week now. So disappointing that you cannot get hold of the SAPO and just when you think you do they cut you off! Tracking number: RI ********** 78ZA ANY HELP????
